HOW
TO ORDER
Ordering an instrument:
Mountain dulcimers are made to order
and there is usually a waiting list. When you place an order and we receive
a deposit on your instrument, you order is placed in the queue.
Call, write, or talk to me in person to discuss features, options, wood,
tunings, shipping method, total
price,
etc.
On receipt
of your deposit, we will work out a delivery date and a date for paying
the balance. Instrument prices range from US$395 to $1200. We use UPS for
US and some overseas shipments and have had good results; in the continental
US, standard UPS shipping for one instrument is around $10.
Ordering books and recordings:
Order online:
When you click the Buy Now button
on a catalog page, you will be taken to a secure server at our e-commerce
host, where you are asked to provide the
mailing address (usually not a PO box number) associated with your MasterCard
or VISA account. Please double-check your online order
for accuracy. Our merchant account system matches your mailing address
and ZIP code (the address shown on your monthly MasterCard or VISA statements)
to your card
number
and expiration
date,
and then
issues an approval. If the "ship to" address is different, note it on
the online form.

Call 740-662-3011. Please
leave a voicemail message for us if we aren't available when you call,
including
your
name, area
code and
phone number and a brief message. It's helpful to repeat your number
at the end of the message.
Book and recording prices:
As noted, books are US$10 each and CDs
are priced at US$15 each. Books and recordings are shipped via US Post,
first
class,
unless otherwise specified.
Shipping for books and recordings:
$1.50 for
first item ordered; $ .75 for each additional item.
SALES TAX:
In addition to the purchase price and shipping on our books, recordings,
and instruments, Ohio residents must add 7.25% tax as of July 1, 2003 (73
cents per $10 item).
